RETURNS

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

It is your responsibility to return the item to us and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lift Kits: Once you place your order you will have a 24hr window of opportunity to cancel.

If you contact us before Savage Lift Kits start your order then we will gladly refund you with no issues, however, Savage Lift Kits fabricate all their kits to order which take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to make. Each lift kit is specifically fabricated for you therefore, once your order has been started, under no circumstances will Black Rock Outfitters issue refunds. This includes changing your mind, personal circumstances or incorrect quantities being entered at checkout etc. 

Sleeping Pods: Once you place your order you will have a 24hr window of opportunity to cancel.

If you contact us before we physically start your order then we will gladly refund you with no issues, however, Black Rock Outfitters fabricate sets of pods to order which take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to make. Our Sleeping pods are always sold in pairs as stated in the listings and your order is specifically fabricated for you therefore, once your order has been started, under no circumstances will Black Rock Outfitters issue refunds. This includes changing your mind, personal circumstances or incorrect quantities being entered at checkout etc. 

Damages: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item has been damaged in transit by the courier then it will need to be returned to us by you for further inspection. If this is the case then you will need to follow our returns procedure listed above. 

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be returned to us by you in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not refund additional postage fees, only the original postage fee paid on original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
